The GRCHS Stage Company presents "Into the Woods"

Be careful what you wish for ....

A baker and his wife wish to have a child of their own, but are cursed by a witch.  The couple's quest to reverse the curse takes them into the woods, where they encounter Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and his beansalk, Cinderella, Rappunzel in her tower, and a couple of lovelorn princes.  Each of the characters' wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions are nothing as they had hoped.

One of Stephen Sondheim's most popular musicals, Into the Woods is a darkly comedic fusion of fairy tale characters and a cautionary tale of what happens after the characters receive what they believed would be their "happily ever after."

Parents of younger children should note that this production contains some dark material, adult themes, and scenes and characters that may disturb younger children.

Reserved tickets for Into the Woods are $10 each, and are available online or by phone (616) 574-5600.

**Online ticketing for tonight's final performance of "Into the Woods" is now closed.  Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office beginning at 6:00pm.**

Repeats: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 10, 11, and 12 at 7:00pm
